Gain weight..why?

My pleasure @Sisi - take care & nourish yourself

Yes, I do think it would give the opposite result. In the short term (as in tomorrow morning) you may weigh less if you eat nothing today because you have no food in your digestive system, but it won’t do anything to help your metabolism and you’ll get stuck in a cycle of ever decreasing metabolic rate.
One of the things the 2KD say is to eat only bacon and eggs for 2 weeks. They say it in a pretty tongue in cheek way, but it does give the right balance of fat and protein.
They key thing is to try to find a way to change how you think about food and your body. I hear a lot of negativity about yourself and you punish yourself for weighing a kg or 2 more by not allowing yourself to eat.
It is really difficult, but try to think of eating keto as being about healing yourself and not worry about daily fluctuations for a bit. I don’t think you are eating anywhere near enough calories. I would think at least 1600-1800 for someone of your height to stop your body from feeling as though it has to find ways to cut corners.
Stick to fat and meat for a few days - bacon and eggs if you fancy it, but please stop punishing yourself.

its sadly true that my low self esteem ends up to punishing myself as u said…either i m such an open book, or u r REALLY talented
i think u re right…this is all about healing…i should be more patient and not panic…after all, stress makes u fat :stuck_out_tongue:
i already gave up the idea to starve. I ll start with meat and fat for a feww days to see what happens…
Patience, breath in, breath out… Thanx a lot <3

as for the calories i consume, every calculator i ve used said that i should eat from 1250 to 1450…maybe they re wrong? really dont know…

Depends on what you put into the calculator - maintenance or weight loss mode.
I just used the ruled.me with your details from this thread and came up with 1450 if you are lightly active - 20 mins walking daily. But if I changed it to moderately active then it goes to 1550, and more if you have higher activity levels.
Stick with 1400 for now as that is still a jump up from where you have been. The main thing though is to use that as a rough target, ie make sure you always get near it and if you are hungry then it is ok to go over. That is the ‘fat to satiety’ part of keto.
KCKO!
