I have been doing a Mon and Friday fast for the last 3 or so months. I generally eat lunch with my friends at work. We’ll go to a grocery store with deli/salad bar. I’ll get a keto salad and they do their thing. They usually hit up carbs crap restaurants on Mon/Fri. Anyhow, yesterday was a fast day any we were busy when one guy pipes up an says “Hey, let’s go to lunch. Mike hasn’t eaten in like 3 days”. The funny thing is he was probably hungry. I was fine and have been my last several fasts until I refereed.
