They got me this in february, my dad just started keto last week. I think if was more of a joke for them, now it’s more of a relevation. I suspect once my dad gets going and improves my mom will follow.

They are both pre-diabetic, my mom more borderline. My dad’s big issue is blood pressure, etc, however he is on a lot of meds including blood thinners.

There must be a bacon keto birthday card.
