Lisa, my breakthrough came when I realized, I cannot snack between meals.
And snacks include things like FLAVORED drinks or Artificial Sweeteners.
I see that red drink, and I wonder what’s in it. It doesnt look like coffee or tea.
If you are sipping something sweet tasting (even with ZERO calories] it will screw you up.
It has an IMPACT on INSULIN in a lot of people.

I would prefer you to be drinking water. Club Soda, or Unsweetened Tea or Black coffee in that thing.

And if you are like me, you HATE Coffee for the bitterness. I got over it when I realized the Diet Drink people know that their drinks THWART your dieting, and hide behind the “calories”. Think HORMONES and not calories. Just go for 2-3 days without anything but the liquids I mentioned and see the impact. BTW, if it impacts your mood at all, then you KNOW it is having a hormonal response.

I wish you all the best. I struggled and lost for 30 years… I am now using Intermittent Fasting and KETO (on my non-fasting days)… And I have had more success in EVERY direction. BP down 30 points! Dropped 11 more pounds… All in 8 days. (Biggest changes: 1 meal a day, and No Soda/Splenda/Ceamer, No Snacking)

And BANG, my world changed, things started working for me like I have seen them work for others.

Keep up the work… Do for you what makes sense…
After a 30 year ADDICTION to diet soda, I quit the SAME DAY I realized they lied to me. I never want to drink that stuff again… (Sometimes getting Pissed Off is motivating!)

The red drink is actually water with drops made with stevia.I haven’t drank a diet pop since Dec. I drink coffee…decaf .tea.n water.I use stevIA drops.xytiol or however spelt.I drink 4 to 6 litres of water a day
I don’t snack between meals but if I do its pickles or pork rinds .or veg.I’ve struggled with weight 40 yrs…I’ve done it all plus gastric bypass. I don’t cheat or have cheat days at all.

Lisa,
I would reconsider the Stevia if you are not getting good results. Just drinking something like that MIGHT cause your body to think food is coming… You want your body in 2 modes. FED with fats, etc. And NOT FEEDING. That fixes the insulin resistance.

How deep is your ketosis?

I’m not sure …confused on ur end but I’m doing very good.I’ve lost 44 lbs n 51 inches so far.
I don’t have cravings for sugar at all. StevIA is one of the few sweetness I don’t mind.I don’t care for monk fruit.
