I have also found these wonderful wonderful snacks. So now I can have my chips and eat them too. YAY! They are baked Parmesan chips. 0carbs!!!

Would you mind listing the ingredients on those crisps? They look yummy and would be a good option for traveling.

In regards to the thread, Keto takes time and itā€™s not a magic bullet. I think the longer you are this WOE, the better your body gets at using fat for fuel. I think Richardā€™s story of not losing any weight for 12 months (I think) but losing 8 inches (I think) from his waist is proof that itā€™s not all about the scale. Just keep calm and keto on as the guys say. Itā€™s worth it.

I am assuming if you have a Walmart you have a Sams club. Well they are sold at Sams!!

this option no longer available as of 6/18 without going premium. I have been using Carb Manager with good trackingā€¦it is a little clumsy yet workable. thanks for all the info here
