How long have you been lipolytic? Limited fruit can have a place within lipolytic nutrition, but preferably after the adaptation phase, and occasionally in small amounts. Having a piece or two in the Morning if hungry can be beneficial as far as appetite stimulation and metabolism. If your main goal is fat loss, make sure you do it only every few days so it doesn’t become a pattern. For me, I used to do that and I continued steady fat loss. I suggest you try it a few times and see what happens. It may help, it may not.
