Let me begin by thanking all of you who wrote to me such touching, inspiring messages to keep me on track.
Have been down with pharyngitis for a week now. And fever, to top that. Hence this break from blogging.
Before the conversation I had with you all (for new readers, check my messages threads) I was still hoping to lose weight. During the period of illness and the conversation, I have truly come to terms with keto. First time in nine months, I’ve realised that it is a lifestyle.
I’m lucky to have found you all.
I’m not keen on losing weight. I’ll start weight training from next week. I’m eating whenever hungry.
Whoever suggested Dr Westman, changed my life. I’m not sure if I got his name right. But, he answered a couple of questions which were vital. At times I eat OMAD, at times, I eat four meals. Depends on my day. Though I’m not freaking out about the scale, it’s safe to say that the scale is moving. My bloating is less. I feel much much better.
I’m on my periods since yesterday, and am feeling crappy. I feel hungry all the time. I’m not forcing IF. Is that OK? I usually gain tons of weight but I think it’s natural.
My only concern is a month cold feeling in my chest. Do you think that it’s because of pharyngitis? Or am I eating too much protein?

I was wondering where you were…
Well done, sounds like you’ve turned a corner.
Yes it’s OK to go easy on yourself at that time of the month, just keep it keto and keep listening to your body

Hi…
I just think I’ve jinxed it. I don’t know if it’s my hormones or something else but I’ve been having such cravings. Especially for sweet. It wasn’t there before the period. I was fit and fine and not hungry at all before the menstruation. But for the last two days I feel like eating a mug cake every ten minutes, and when I run out of them, I feel like eating the mug. Save me from munching on porcelain teacups and teapots and wooden trays. I’m that hungry. All. The. Time.
