That looks lovely, but the carbs in that chilli sauce is very high! Try Frank’s extra hot sauce with a little stevia for just a couple if carbs.

Yum!!
I have had that chili sauce before; I liked the flavor, but it did not have any heat so I had to add more myself. I am not sure if that is normal or if I just got a week jar, because a lot of the reviews I found stated it was really hot.

Mmmm Franks!

There is also this, which is delicious.

That looks like a great combination. I need to rethink buying cabbage now. So many things can be thrown into that tasty combo.

You are so right I literally just learned how to make the chili oil myself and it turned out even better

I forgot who mentioned in on this thread but someone mentioned that the carbohydrate content was a little high and I totally agree with it after going back re-reading the label. So I went to YouTube and I learned how to make the Thai chili sauce myself and it is so freaking good and it’s all natural with just oil and Chili’s

Aww Karla how did you make it?

(Karla Sykes) #11

You are so right and after re looking at the label and re-evaluating I learned how to make this chili sauce myself I am making some more tonight and I will post the pictures of it

I cut up half a head of cabbage. Next I added 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Then I sought a half of an onion, two jalapeno peppers, and when they were nice and golden and brown I threw in the cabbage, and sauteed it down and added 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for flavor and afterwards I topped it with the chili sauce

I’m going to post it once I go downstairs in my kitchen and I will post the recipe and I will show you pictures

Thank you so much! Now I feel more confident

I make the same recipe with brussels sprouts
