Stainless steel sweetheart. And I have an enormous collection of them!

Want one that’s four or six ounces. Do they exist?

You, my man, are going to be VERY successful with keto.

Those are TOTAL carbs kiddo.
Subtract the fiber.

This product has 6 net grams carbohydrate per serving (2 scoops)

Pea protein isn’t bad. They usually put a ton of crap in some of the brands. That’s actually pretty decent.

There’s also egg protein powder and, more rarely, beef, though I haven’t been able to find a cheap supplier other than Julian Bakery.

Ohhhh. I’ll give that a try. I wonder if goat whey causes the same spike as cow whey? It might not. Either way (whey?) that’s a fabulous option.

For me it’s just quick and easy in the morning!

I’m a data junkie. So 20 days ago I did a poll on this forum to see how many people do meal replacement (shakes, powders, bars, etc). Discovered that only 12% did it once or more times per week. So, it was interesting to see the vast majority on this forum don’t do meal replacements.

68%Never
15%One or more times per year
8%One or more times per day
8%One or more times per month
4%One or more times per week
0%What is meal replacement? I don’t know what that is.

Personally I’d rather chew a steak.
than drink a shake,
anyday.

But that’s why the grocery shelves are full of a zillion products…we’re all different.
