A Couple of notes. I am THANKFUL you posted your food.

  1. I cringe at the “Keto Bread”… Why because you might be counting NET Carbs.
    I truly believe you should be doing TOTAL Carbs. Because food makers LIE, and Every Body is Different.
  2. Shredded Cheese. This contains an anti-caking agent, usually malto-dextrin or some such. It’s carbs are NOT counted. I shred all my own cheese as I REACT to this corn based starch!
    (BTW look closely at the cheese you can see the white spots, it’s to absorb the moisture, because CARBS + HYDRATE is a thing, LOL)
  3. Where is the MEAT?

I would certain push more protein in the form of red meat. I don’t see eggs either…

Everything on your list had at least trace carbs. You’re maintaining, but maybe to trigger weight loss go to zero-carb things (meat, eggs, bacon). Dairy also slows a lot of people down (me included) so that might be worth reconsidering, to trigger loss.
