For those of you who don't eat sweeteners--what do you eat when you're not quite full

Lately I’ve been eating an ounce of Brie cheese for that feeling and that seems to take care of it

I like coconut cream with one strawberry cut up and mixed in. Sometimes I have the coconut cream with a teaspoon of coca nibs mixed in. It is like having dessert after the meal.

More steak!

Time. I make sure to wait fifteen-twenty minutes after finishing the meal, almost always once the time period has passed I’m full.

If twenty minutes later I’m still hungry, then I eat another serving of whatever it is I’m having for dinner. Normally for me it’s not really “hunger” so much as either my body hasn’t had time to process what i just ate or it’s a psychological hunger.

My first go to is something salty, such as salted sunflower seeds. They have a decent amount of fat, too! Fresh (not in a jar or can) olives are great, too. I also like different kinds of cheeses, especially spicy ones. I’ll often drink sparkling mineral water to fill the stomach and see if perhaps I just need some minerals.

Salt

Oberto Smoked Sausage Stick,
Macadamia nuts (be careful)
Prosciutto and cheese
Bacon (if I have any)

I like toasting pecans in a sauce pan with butter

Very true! I had two sausage meatballs for dinner weighing 2oz each with a cup of spinach followed by coffee with cream. That was 6 hours ago and I’m still stuffed full! If you haven’t tried the Aldi sausage, you should! No fillers no carbs, just protein and fat

Yes! I’ve had a chicken sausage from Aldi’s, like you said it’s clean, edible & tastes good.

I have made fat bombs but I am not a big candy eater so I just did not find them particularly satisfying. If I am hungry for a snack I will eat maybe 6 almonds, or a couple of punches of salted sunflower seeds. Or a few pumpkin seeds. That is usually all it takes. I think it is a desire for salt. I have just had the salt straight and that also will take care of that desire for a little something more.
