Black pudding has oats if I’m not mistaken. Just thought someone here might have tried it while on keto. I remember having it long ago and liking the taste and texture. I’ll find a (Scottish?) butcher so I can try it and I’ll post my observations in respect to how it makes feel now I’m a long term fat burner. Just in case anyone would like to know :sunglasses:

I cant imagine how much patience it takes to make this. I cant just cook meat and use meat grinders all the time. Before we get into the details of the electric meat grinders, let`s list its advantages over other household appliances, in particular its mechanical progenitor.
