I have seen in this forum several mention about using apps to log in your food, etc. I am pretty sure I am not the only person who does not have a smart phone, but a dumb phone. I have been following a keto lifestyle since January, 2017, when I was introduced to it.
My doc had just sent me to a diabetes education class - they wanted me to eat 145 or so carbs every day, including rolls and potatoes. I had already been keeping a food journal, but realized in that 1st session (I went to only 2 of 4) that there needed to be a way to put it all together in one place - meds, appts, food, exercise, a1c history, blood glucose, blood pressure, etc.So I created MY LOG for me.
Doctors and low carbers and diabetics alike like it. So, it is not up and available for others. It has certainly kept more than one medical profession from telling me I’m lying about what I am eating! If you want it, I am making it available. If this is not appropriate in this place, can I say I’m sorry in advance?
