Delaying seconds works with breakfast but since adopting time restricted feeding I stopped doing that at dinner.

Instead of opting for “ICKY” food options,

I like to think of these foods as unappetizing to me but loved by others. Most of my choices have supposed health benefits. For example natto is the best source for vitamin K2. Being really hungry I found it ok when drenched in enough mustard and soy sauce to mask the sensation of eating fermented boogers.
