If anyone has a carb addiction, this book is pretty good:
I bought this because I like her and her husband, and I thought if I left it around, my kids and wife might read it.
She has a quiz where you answer Yes or No. The Yes is bad. I scored a zero on the quiz, so I’m not food addicted. I think that’s because way back when I was 15 or 16, I started body building, and I began using food as a tool. I will – very rarely – use food as a crutch, but it’s rare.
