Oops! I made the rookie error of not reading the label! I thought “Oh fish sticks could be good with salad and it’s fish so it’ll be fine” complete brain fart not thinking that there’s a load of other non fish stuff in them. So between them, my salad and the small handful of nuts I had, I’ve gone over my 20gm Oh well, I suppose that means I’ll have to have
for dinner (if I eat).
