Fluid retention

I am new to Keto. This is my 5th day and I am feeling better other than retaining fluid. I’m retaining all over, but very noticeable in my feet and ankles. Has this happened to anyone else?? And do you have any idea of the reason

Up your intake of salt and water! Drink plenty of water. I drink over a gallon a day
