My body doesn’t seem to care about fiber and my fat intake doesn’t influence this (or if it does, it’s so low that I have no chance to eat that amount ). Salt doesn’t matter either though I always am around my usual modest amount as far as I know. That is useful, well the fat one as I may need less or more fat in different times and it would be bad to have problems with some amounts…
