Yes, I read that. I feel really good, Im sleeping better etc. 12 years ago, I lost weight on “sureslim” which was lower carb and had no issues (carbs would have been low) but not as low as keto. I did read that carbs at around 30g per day may be better for those with thyroid issues. I might have to experiment a little
