First race on Keto and not fat adapted!

Hi, is there anyone who has a good performance only being 3 weeks on Keto and running a race! All my training runs have felt okay not great! I have a 100 mile relay race this Saturday, super nervous after reading some of the chats!

Hello Mandy Stacy. It’s unlikely that you are fat-adapted at 3 weeks, but it’s possible you are not far off. Do you have all day energy? Do you have sugar cravings? Can you skip a meal and not be famished? If you can’t say yes to those, then you are most likely not FA.
