So I just wanted to share some things that happened to me this past week. Sunday I started a fast. I had done a omad which is my usual. And a three day fast on accident. And did 104 hours this time😂. Last month I started a keto group. We met for breakfast and introduced a new member to keto. So to break my fast we got together this morning and ate a breakfast.
the new gal lost 8 pounds so far my friend Michael he is down 60 pounds. And I lost another 7:5 pounds putting me at 26:5 pounds total. The other two one fasting and one being ill could not make it. We had a great talk about keto and feasted! and we learned how to make oopsie bread. We had some NSV too and shared our weeks with each other.
