Fibromyalgia and keto

I allready wrote one message writing How liberated from sugar I feel since I started Keto. I also lost 12 kilo since july. That is not miraculously but I have fibro and I need to take quite a lot of medication that makes it hard to lose weight.
But since I am on Keto, my inflammation has gone down immensely and my bodypain has diminished so much that I stopped going to the physio. I feel so much better! So besides the weightloss I’ve gained a lot of quality of life!

Does Fibromyalgia have any ties to insulin resistance ?

Hey,
I almost don’t have any pain in my body, I sleep much better. I have a better memory (less fibrofog), I have more energy. I can even clean my OWN house now and I work halftime.

I do still have moments and days of extreme tiredness. And I still have Every day headache or migraine.

I have no idea if fibro has any link with insuline resistance. Anyone?
