Fiber keto n=1

OK, I have watched the youtube videos claiming we don’t need any fiber but I took psyllium pre-keto and kept doing it during the first 9 months with no complaints. But having read all the material and watched the videos I stopped taking added fiber for two months. I eat plenty (? SOME?) spinach, asparagus, green leafy stuff. Well, the results have not been good. Went back to psyllium capsules and all is back to normal. Just n=1

Do what you need to do. There are many people on these forums who find that fibre is not good for them, but you are obviously not part of that group. There’s a lot of individual variation, and we all need to do what works for us.

Yeah, I personally think added fiber is bad for me. Really bad. Same with “resistant starch”. But if if works for you…
