I seem to having a hard time getting fiber in and every few days new to take some milk of magnesia to help things along. I have been on this for 31/s weeks now and I have lost 10 pounds or so…just wondering how you all do it…thanks.

If you’re not feeling constipated I wouldn’t worry about it. With this way of eating your body uses most of what you eat and you have much less waste.
