Feels like I’m on “Roids”

(Ron D. Garrett) #1

I am 50 years old and have been a powerlifter or bodybuilder for most of my life and I have NEVER had the energy that I do now when lifting weights WHILE in a fasted State at that.

I’ve never done steroids but I surmise that what I feel like I’m the gym now must be what they feel but only mine is natural because my recovery no longer takes a day or to but mere hours and I feel fresh again after a night’s sleep and have to keep myself from going back to the gym :joy:!

Lastly, I want to tell all of the “you will lose muscle if you do keto and/or fast” people…I’m living proof that you are wrong because even at my age I’m putting on muscle AS I lose body fat and my pics proof you wrong as my arms should be getting smaller NOT bigger!!!

So get outta here with that nonsense cause the brotha ain’t trying to hear it!!!

To all of my keto fam…keep calm and keto on!!

Wanna arm wrestle? Me neither.

Keto makes a body feel goooooooood.

Dang man you have some giant freaking arms.

Note to self: Don’t f**k with Ron. Ever.

What do you do for a living, if you don’t mind me asking? Besides tearing phone books in half.

I agree! I’m 66 and tell people that I feel like I’ve taken NZT (from the movie/TV series Limitless)
It’s crazy.
I’ve definitely gained muscle and lost body fat.
Isn’t it wonderful?
