Feels like cheating

As I was enjoying my lunch today, a fried chicken thigh with hot sauce and a homemade blue cheese dressing with a side of butter sautéed cabbage, it occurred to me how much I love buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing and how I’ve always had to feel guilty about endulging in it while on a LF diet, as it was a huge cheat back then.

It’s these moments when I just get a warm, fuzzy feeling about discovering Keto. Honestly, the only thing I’ve missed so far is fresh fruit.
I will miss watermelon this summer.

Other than that, I love that I can eat what I like and not actually be cheating.

To go from guilty when eating a plate of wings, to smug self-congratulation (and extra sour cream) is one of the great gifts of keto :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I completely agree, I love wings and blue cheese and so glad I can still eat them!!

Check the carb count—you might be able to have some, just not all.

Eat for me to avoid altogether. I don’t do well with moderation.

Say no more! I know what that’s like. I once tried to claim that I was doing moderation in moderation, but no one bought it . . .
