I’ve been intermittent fasting on keto for a few weeks! I know I’m in ketosis from the strips but I still feel hungry and I think I have the keto flu! I’m laying in bed… hungry and can’t sleep!
Feeling weak!

I would skip fasting until you’re through carb withdrawal (keto flu) and you’re fat adapted, which can take 6 weeks or more. Until you’re fat adapted, your body is still trying to use carbs for fuel, and fasting just basically mimicks calorie restriction so you essentially have no fuel to burn.
For now, when you’re hungry, eat fat. Once you’re fat adapted, you’ll likely find fasting comes naturally and easily (assuming you have plenty of stored fat to burn), and you’ll have plenty of energy, even when you go days without eating.
