Feeling gassy

I just ran to to toilet thinking I had to go #2 and it was just a fart! Wth? I haven’t farted in months on keto. I’m my third day in on I forget what it’s called but it’s when I eat 1 time a day. It’s going great, I’m getting the same signals I had when I was 20 years old eating this way. I’ve also had diarrhea after I eat but having a normal bowel movement in the mornings before i eat.

So gassy and diarrhea? I’m eating cabbage rolls but those have been a staple on my keto way and I haven’t had any issues eating them before.

Any advice, suggestions on what to eat that 1 time a day? I ate liver and onions yesterday and had the same issue, without the extended farting.
