I have willpower of a champion these have been on my counter sincejust before Xmas untouched although I’m sure it my husband was able he would have ate them but he is allergic. Okay not have lost anything this month but I can say that i have had no temptation to cheat and I am in a smaller size of clothes.

I gave the chocolate away to the kids play group I go to all the time

I’ve been staying at a B&B while doing a painting workshop. The rooms have a selection of ahlf a dozen chocolates that have sat uneaten for 6 days. Yesterday I tipped them out of the bowl to look at them then put them back in. No temptation! That is quite an usual event. This time 6 months ago I would have eaten the lot in one sitting most likely.
