Feel super hungry like all the time!

Last few days had the feeling I could just eat a horse. I’m having some very intense cravings for carbs, difficulty sleeping and waking at 3 am. I had some stress earlier in the week and wasn’t eating a lot. I think this gave me a hypo and this possibly kicked up my blood glucose… is it time for a refeed? I feel hungry every 3 hours! And feel like I can’t eat enough… it feels like adaptation all over again

Then eat! Just don’t eat carbs! Some of my biggest weight drops have been AFTER I’ve eaten the most ribyeye and green beans. :wink:
Whether it’s your body saying it really does need nutrients or some sort of “test” to determine if there are really abundant resources before dropping weight, I think we need to listen to those signals. Just keep feeding yourself the protein and fat.

Thanks yeah I think I’ll stick to protein and fat. My body was in some kind of starvation mode but I’m lean anyway so not really bothered if I put on a few lbs. At least I know now how to lose it :joy:
