Feedbacks and OMAD

So, I have not done OMAD in a long time. I am not being able to as of yet- I go hungry at night. So I am asking the OMAD pro people: how gradually should I do it? What is the minimum calorie intake for a 25 years old female, (55 kgs and 5 feet 2 inches)? I don’t want to consume less calories either.

What about having your one meal around 6 PM? This would allow you to make it through the night without hunger. And BTW, at your current weight and height, it’s likely that your body does not want you losing any more fat and this is why you find OMAD more difficult.

There’s no crime in eating two meals a day, especially since you are at a healthy weight. I would just listen to what your body is telling you and respond accordingly.

It depends on how active you are.

If you are struggling then try two meal withing 4-6 hours of each other. It’s not easy eating all your calories in one meal if you are not trying to cut calories.

I agree that two meals in a 4 hour eating window would probably help you until you can go full OMAD.
