Fatty mixture for cooking

I’m just melting down some lard and unsalted butter to make the fat bowl that my older cats like to lick at, I’ve decided to treat it like ghee to remove the milk solids. It’s got me thinking, this could be a good mixture to make up for myself as a cooking fat :thinking:
