Does anyone know how to change It to counting net carbs?
Fatsecret?
I just do the maths.
Be interested if it could be done.
Will take a look and report back if I find a way

No option on the phone app.
When I get to a pc and remember (bit tricky the remembering bit) I’ll see if the desktop version has more options. Tbh, I don’t think it has. But Worth looking…

I’m on the UK version so not sure if it differs for USA site. On the my food diary page there is a cog symbol that is Edit preferences. If you click on that then you are taken to another page and right down at the bottom is the headings you want and you just tick on net-carbs to be shown.
On the app for phone you go to the Food diary and then scroll down to the bottom and click on Options then click on change columns. Then simply select net carbs from there.
I’ve done that on the phone app, but didn’t see a change. Hold on maybe I should close it and reopen after the change…

Curious, on the uk app I go to the settings at the bottom of the food log, I can untick all options like carbs, nets carbs, protein, etc but nothing changes on the food macro qtys or %.
Hmmm…

Ah got it!
The columns relate to the top “header” listings in “detailed view”
Once you select detailed view, then ticking or “checking” (as I believe you Americans call it) then shows up in those top headers…
I’ve net carbs showing up top now on the phone app, but the pie chart and figures to the left of the pie chart stays as before.

Yeah, I’ve never been a able to change the pie chart from showing gross/full carbs. I think it’s just set that way, I’m afraid.
Ironically Euro food labels are already net carb but good to have the option! I use loseit and they don’t have the option yet (though it is much asked for) but at least list total carbs and fiber next to each other so the mental maths is trivial.
Excuse me I still have a question regarding the same issue… Ok it shows the net carbs also, but I will not be able to set up my goals properly? or in a precised manner? Because I am under 5% Carbs, but since it counts the Fiber also… “I reach the goal” very easy and fast even though the reality is that I am 10 g of carbs under the right amount… So I just use the app to kind of follow the numbers but without paying attention of achieving or not my real goals?
