I’m I decided to fast 18 hours today. Afterwards I had a unwich from jimmy johns minus the onions and the tomatoes so carb count is lower. My question is, my fat is quite low for the day but I feel very satisfied. I may feel hungry later and may do a quick fat bomb just to make sure I’m not going crazy. Question is does anyone have any fat bombs that would up my protein slightly while giving me a fat boost? Nutrition for the gargantuan unwich I had from jimmy johns. Fat and protein could be higher. Also note I didn’t have tomatoes or onions so carbs are lower as well!

I should also state that I strive for about 70-75p because I’m not too active but I do accept 60’s protein especially on my non work days cause I lounge a lot!

Satiation is a very tricky subject because we are all snowflakes and react differently based on our metabolic history etc. In the early stages when the body is confused and adapting, there are mixed signals.
My theory is that your body is used to an amount of caloric energy AND a volume of food. Like the body spikes some insulin just for the act of eating let alone managing carbs, I think the body knows what a volume of food will do to hunger before it has had time to digest and comprehend the caloric value.
Thus, if you scarf down a massive unwich and you are historically used to smaller meals, you will feel full immediately, but may not be later. You have discussed your satiety issues and sometime feeling hungry later and sometimes not. Might it be related to the energy density of your meals. Same volume, more calories may help. Fat bombs are a solution - there are thousands of recipes on the internet - but in the long term I would look to add energy density to your main meals. Cheese, bacon and mayo might have made the unwich more keto (though from a macro POV it was 64%/30%6% so not bad).
It could be, although before this meals I would eat were as big, I should clarify though I didn’t eat it all at once. I had half and then 3 hours later had the other half. Still feel quite full. Although I have upped my water intake because I was told while fasting water should be higher than while feasting.
Your also absoluty right I still need to work on the higher fats energy section! It’s a work In progress !
