keep in mind i am not telling you what to do…just my opinion
i do think you are trying to change too many things at once…you are healing from a trauma…you aren’t in your normal exercise routine…changing your eating…eliminating things…(which makes it really hard to troubleshoot when a lot of things are different all at once)
if you are hungry eat! even if it’s just a teaspoon of almond butter.
we want to keep our metabolism on the road to recovery
pre keto i was working out 4-6 days/week (not whimpy stuff either) and i have done every diet known to man or woman (almost LOL).
now i eat when i am hungry (within my carb goals) and workout when my body tells me to…sometimes that’s once a week and sometimes its 5 days…sometimes it’s just kettlebell swings…sometimes it’s a full body weight circuit plus kettlebell swings, medicine ball slams, jumprope, and whatever else sounds fun
the point of my rambling…just KCKO…it’ll happen…and a lot easier if you just trust that it will.
p.s. i didn’t just magically wake up one day and “let it go” (don’t sing)…but it did happen
