My new program

I am Going too start carb cycling except doing 17-18 hour fasts

with 2 very caloric dense/ nutrient dense meals in eating window and doing 10-90(on special occasion) carbs

1.felt an increase in GH level

2.remain anabolic for 9 hours and fat burning for the other half

3.less bloat

Note I allow myself too chew some pieces of trident*
Diet soda and artificially sweetend 0 calorie drinks*
and in the morning I add a splash of unsweet almond/coco nut milk
15-5 calories*
Take BCAA’s post workout as I dont eat for another 4 hours post excersize*

So far have had AMAZING RESULTS EVEN BETTER THAN STANDARD KETO!!

Feel and look healthier,Less bloat,Look better,started growing again,better skin and hair darkening again!

I eat a whole cup of nuts a day,2 eggs daily

Let me tell you one thing…post workout Im in DEEP DEEP ketosis I feel IT!
Better score on Finals and Looking pretty vainy!
Also I have been able too put on a 1/2 -1 pound per week of muscle!

If you really want to top things up hormonally, throw in “NoFap” as well…

Let me tell you now, When your focused and busy at school and gym all the time it has caused me to involuntarily do “no fap” LOL!

Maybe I am that much of a no life, Suites Me! :rofl:
