Fasting and giving blood! Today

Hi all I started a fast last night not thinking about that I am going to give blood today. I can go in at 1200 which is not too far into my fast. Will it be ok. I need your expert advice! @juice@ @Brenda

I’m always fasted when I give blood, I don’t eat each day until after 5pm. Never had any problems.

They don’t like it if you tell them that though. They worry about people feeling feint if they haven’t eaten. So I don’t tell them i’m fasted anymore.
