I am starting my 6 weeks on keto and I have only lost about 4-5 pounds. I am only needing to lose another 8 - 10 pounds, but I thought about trying to fast for a few days. I am not sure if I am only supposed to drink water? Or do I eat anything? I don’t think I can sustain fasting for more than a couple days though. Just need some experienced advise. Thought maybe this would help boost the weight loss.

It is normal to lose water weight in the first few weeks, and then stall until you become fat adapted.
Fat loss will be slower for you as you are already at a healthy weight
Fasting will be difficult for you if you are not fat adapted yet.
You can try intermittant fasting in the mean time.
It generally takes 6-8 weeks to become adapted, if you have little to no metabolic damage.
Metabolic syndrome is characterized as three of the five following: High blood sugar, Excess stomach fat (abdominal obesity), Low high-density cholesterol (known as HDL), High blood pressure, High triglycerides (fats produced by the liver when dietary sugar and carbohydrates are too high)
