I ate dessert on Thanksgiving, that was the day I hit 25.2 lbs loss since Oct 12th !!! My mom was like have some Dessert !!! PEER PRESSURE!! I broke down and had half a slice of the this strawberry pretzel thing…lol Next day up a 1.5lbs … ERRR so I decided to fast Saturday into Sunday …ate Salmon and a little Broccoli for lunch yesterday and broke my fast at 9am this morning with eggs! Hoping I see a loss on Tuesday Morning!!!

Yes, that darn strawberry pretzel thing may have made a temporary difference - water binds to carbohydrates in the body, and hence there’s often some weight gain - but your big picture looks really good, your weight trend is down, and that one day is not a big deal at all. Our weight will fluctuate up and down, day-to-day, anyway, and weighing often sometimes subjects us to whipsaws of emotion, when what’s really important is the longer term trend.
