I just wanted to geek out over this experience and thanking those who were kind enough to greet a stranger so warmly into the group… Getting to meet Carl, his lovely wife, Carrie Brown, and watch live sessions with Daisy B, Richard M and Dr. Westman… not to mention the epic food!

When I am done passing out from excitement, I will add more to the post :slight_smile:

There’s an Atlanta Adapt presentation in February with my own doctor (Dr. McDaniel), Dr. Westman, Amy Berger and others. It costs $$$. Will probably go.
