Extending fasting and workout

If you’re on let’s say an 8 day fast containing only a vitamin, water, black coffee, great tea and a little salt, is it safe to workout?

I continue my normal workouts while doing extended fasting. But I do have occasional moments of light-headedness that last 5-15 seconds which may happen during a workout.
