Extended Fasting questions

What’s your schedule in extended fasting?
I can never seem to last during a fast if I plan it.
But spontaneous fasts, I seem to feel great on.
Currently up to hour 43 and feel great.
I’m a bit annoyed because I wanted to break my fast at the pub tomorrow during lunch with my mum, and they don’t have prawn toppers. I feel so sad about that. Lol.

Anyway, do you just break a fast with a normal meal?
What do you do if you are OMAD?
How long do you generally keep between fasts?
I was doing OMAD for awhile there but started snacking as I was a bit bored so I’m just trying to keep my body guessing for now.

The last two fasts I did, I gorged myself afterwards, with some sneaky carbs in there, so this time I am trying to be a lot more controlled. As I went a bit bingey there after those fasts and started eating more, which I don’t think I really needed to do.

Yep!!! That’s me too.

I broke my fast with some whiskey. Tasted great. It didn’t take much to feel amazing like a teenager again.
I broke another fast with some hot curry. That was a mistake. I’d go with foods that are easy on your stomach. Also, don’t gorge but ease back into eating.

Fasting over the weekends, and then throwing in some other random 3-6 day fasts throughout the month.

Yep. Eggs, burgers, steak, fat, and bacon. Not everyone is able to do that, though.

It’s very satisfying to eat one big meal of meat and eggs after EF, so I do exactly that. I’ve had no problem keeping my OMAD way while doing these fasts.

I like to wait at least 2 weeks after a 5+ day fast before I do another longish one. I don’t worry about spacing out anything 3 days and under.
