Extended fasting and ketosis

Hi everyone!
In the process of figuring things out, I tried searching for answers in previous posts but didn’t find an answer (although I did get some great info).

I have been keto since July '18, testing with strips, when recently it seemed they stopped working so I invested in a blood meter. First day tested “LO”, not in ketosis. I figured I’ve been having too many keto treats so I decided to lay off and adjust. I’ve always done IF of 18/6 with some of 24 & 46hr in between, so decided to kick off with a 46 water fast, refeed, and jump right into another 46 (which im in the middle of).

My refeed meal was 3eggs, 2oz of cheese and 1tbsp mayo. Was supposed to add in brocolli but just couldn’t eat any more, I wasn’t hungry.

I’m currently at 24hrs into my second fast and I tested, registering only at 0.4 with 87 glucose.

Is this normal? I feel like it’s taking a long time to start moving into ketosis.
