Ketonian for 5 years, and for the last year I’ve usually hit 80%+ of my calories from fat to experience the therapeutic-tier benefits. I feel great, but I’ve been thinking lately that it’s unnecessary to hit these ratios. In Dr. Dominic D’Agostino’s interviews he mentions that the majority of the therapeutic benefits can be achieved with 65-70% fat ratio.
Obviously, experimenting/tweaking my percentages will happen soon, but I’d like to hear what the community’s ratios typically are. What you feel best in, what your protein threshold is, etc. (If you keep track of that, of course!).
