I have used them in the past, but don’t now. I used Keto OS, KetoCaNa and Kegenix, all basically worked the same but tasted different (Kegenix being the most palatable).

I personally found them useful for running marathons/ultramarathons. Ideally I would keep my heart rate low enough to be able to use my own body fat for the event, but fatigue and race nerves always pushed it up to the point I’d feel badly out of energy. The last 50km race I ran, I took 3 sachets of Keto OS and completed the event reasonably well with just water.

I’ve also used them before an evening jiu jitsu class when I know I’m going to be working hard for 2hrs and haven’t eaten since lunchtime.

I don’t think they’re so useful for day-to-day energy, maybe if you’re using a lot of energy working hard and can’t find something keto to eat they’re a useful stop-gap.
