Exhaustion/ depression

Been doing Keto since Jan 2018.lost probably 10 lbs…
Recently returned from a Florida weekend which included carbs… I will have a say I had tons on energy eating carbs again… I know not good for me.
Returned to my keto lifestyle with a 2 day coffee/tea water fast…now as I continue my 20 carb daily limit…
I find myself extremely exhausted with no energy somewhat depressed…
I have had this complete exhaustion pretty much the whole time doing Keto…
I drink CALM with nu salt twice a day…
Anyone have suggestions…
when and how do you obtain this bursts of energy doing Keto’s.
Love feedback!,

By now you really should be fat-adapted, so perhaps there are carbohydrates in your diet that you’re not aware of? If you could post what you are eating, and give us a bit of information about yourself (age, weight, height, etc.), people might be able to spot something that is hindreing your progress.

@Herewego I would suggest some real salt (sodium chloride)

@Herewego HWC and cream cheese are fine. When I do one meal a day my eating window is 1 hour. The longer the window the more insulin. You may not he eating enough.

I don’t really have a sweet tooth but I like blackberries with Creme Fraiche on them :sunglasses:

How long you been doing KETO? You meet your goal ?

You are so close to your brain goal. Your body goal may be different. I’m tempted to guess you are brain restricting calories. Eat when hungry. Eat till satiety. Don’t eat when not hungry. Your body will tell you when it’s happy
