Before keto I suspected I was prediabetic based on a1c and weight and age. I would often get very lethargic after meals. I suspected
It was insulin and general overeating.
Been keto for over a year and for a while lethargicness after meals stopped. But it has come back. It hit me especially hard after a 24 hour break fast meal. I don’t suspect I ate too much. I always thought it was my blood glucose spiking but I checked that night after the fast. 1 hour after eating 82 and 2 hrs 90.
Any ideas how to get to the bottom of this ?
