So I’m about to watch Love is Blind again on the elliptical trainer. I did all of my 1 miles this week plus that 3 miles for that one show love is blind. I wonder how I’m going to do today because usually I jumped off the after 1 mile but that she’ll have me so into it that I end up walk doing 3 miles on the elliptical trainer that day

As I noted previously, if you do this only twice per week you will double your mileage. You like the show, so why not?
