Find your “why?” so that you can find an exercise that fits you that will not only bring you to better health but that you will like to do so that you can keep up the frequency of doing it to help you reach your goals.
Exercise does not have to be a “gym thang”

I can’t watch the video right now, but I’m glad you posted this!!
Moving enough is central to our health (and can be a huge help to fat loss) but I think that folks who haven’t exercised before are often intimidated by the idea of gyms, weights, etc, which is a pity because there are so many ways to move your body!

So many ways.
If you use a dishwasher hand wash instead.
Use a vacuum? Sweep.
Park a little further from the door.
Take stairs at work.
Stand instead of sit. Easiest and most can do this. Spend a few extra minutes a day standing up.
Drive around the block.
