Hi All - yes, scary times - but for complete workouts with minimal equipment, check out Ted Naiman, MD - ripped body on the man and he does all his workouts (HIIT) in very little time. No gym necessary.

I ran all by myself this morning but in all fairness that is always true at 5 am. I ran past the gym I normally stop in for a workout and was surprised to see some of the regulars in there. Some people just don’t get it (shaking head).
